- How do we check in
Generally we operate a self check in process where we place a key for you in a secure key safe in a secure combination letter box. We provide the combinations and a full list of instructions prior to check in. You can call at any time for assistance with check in.
- What is included in the apartment
The cost of an apartment includes all bills including water, electric, gas, council tax, tv licence, management fees, weekly cleaning and laundry change, internet connection etc
There is everything that you would expect in a self catering apartment just like home.
Kettle, toaster, microwave etc (some apartments have Nespresso coffee machines)
Plates, glasses, knives and forks etc
Pans, tin openers, cork screw, cooking utensils etc
Bedding, towels, duvet, pillows etc
Welcome tea, coffee and sugar etc
Welcome toiletries
Toilet rolls
TV, freeview, DVD, wifi connection (some apartments have smart internet connected TVs for Netflix etc)
- Is there linen and towels
All bed linen, set of towels for each guest, dish clothes and tea towels are provided and replaced each week.
- Is there high speed wifi
There is free, unlimited, dedicated high speed wifi in each apartment. The SSID and password are freely available in each welcome pack.
- Is there tv and satellite
All apartments had digital tv, some apartments have a Sky box or a freesat box with free to air satellite channels, some apartments now have smart tv.
- How many beds
One bedroom apartments have a double bed
Some two bedroom apartments have two double beds and some have one double bed and two single beds (which can be zipped together to form a double)
- How many people per apartment
Generally we allow a maximum of thee adults either as one couple and one single or three individuals.
For families we allow two adults and two children (unto the age of 16)
- Children friendly
Children are welcome to stay in the apartments but as we generally cater for professional corporate business people we do not provide high chairs, cots etc
- How do I pay
You can pay by credit or debit card or by bank transfer.
We do not accept cash.
All payments must be cleared prior to releasing the check in instructions.

- Invoicing
We can invoice weekly, monthly, 3 monthly etc
- Is there a lift
There is a lift in most buildings but not all.
Some apartments are on ground floor.
- Is the a dishwasher
Yes, in all Grand Central apartments but not in Bold St, Egremont, McKinley or Old Quays
- Is there a washer dryer
Yes, in all apartments.
But in Bold St the washer dryer is in a communal area and is shared between the two apartments there.
- Is there a hairdryer
No, we do not provide hair dryers.
- Do you provide toiletries
We do provide toiletries (shampoo, shower gell, hand wash, dish wash, dish washer tablets, toilet rolls) but only an initial supply which is topped up each month.
If you use more than the amount provided then you will need to provide your own supplies prior to the monthly top up.
- How often is cleaning
Weekly but more often if required but more often will be charged additionally
- What is the cancelation policy
Free cancelation unto 7 nights prior to check in.
After 7 nights it is one nights cost, 6 nights is two nights cost, 5 nights is three nights costs etc..
- Do I have to pay before I arrive
Yes, cleared payment is required prior to issuing the check in instructions.
